Aftercare

• Wear a night guard if you clench or grind your teeth.
• Avoid biting directly into very hard foods (e.g. whole apples, ice).
• Brush with a soft toothbrush and non-abrasive fluoride toothpaste.
• Floss daily, being careful at the gum margin of each veneer.
• Attend regular check-ups so your dentist can monitor veneer margins.

Prognosis
